SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address issues may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
